Инновационная деятельность организаций обеспечивает одно из наиболее важных направлений развития отечественной экономики. Цель исследования — оценка удельного веса инновационных товаров, работ, услуг в общем объеме отгруженных товаров, выполненных работ, услуг по организациям, расположенным в каждом из регионов России. Исследование основывалось на официальной статистической информации по всем 82 регионам России за 2017-2019 гг. Разработаны экономико-математические модели, описывающие удельный вес инновационных товаров, работ, услуг.

ESTIMATION THE SHARE OF INNOVATIVE GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES PRODUCED BY ORGANIZATIONS IN RUSSIAN REGIONS

Abstract
Innovative activity of organizations provides one of the most important directions of development of the domestic economy. The purpose of the study is to assess the specific weight of innovative goods, works, and services in the total volume of goods shipped, works performed, and services for organizations located in each of the regions of Russia. The study was based on official statistical information for all 82 regions of Russia for 2017-2019. Economic and mathematical models describing the share of innovative goods, works and services have been developed. It is proved that there is a decrease in the values of indicators for the period from 2017 to 2019 by 0.5%. It is shown that the average share of innovative products for the period under review was about 5% of the total volume of goods shipped, works performed, and services rendered by organizations in the regions of Russia. It is shown that the values of the indicators were significantly differentiated by region. The regions with the maximum and minimum values of the share of innovative products are identified. The results of the work can be applied in the current activities of state structures and public organizations, when justifying measures to support innovation activities. In addition, the information obtained can be used to solve problems of increasing the share of innovative products in regions where such products have not been widely developed.

Статья посвящена разработке модели для оценки уровня сбалансированности развития социо-эколого-экономической системы региона вследствие увеличения доли альтернативной энергетики в региональном энергобалансе. В публикации приведена авторская модель, основанная на изучении степени отношений между элементами социо-эколого-экономической «триады», это дает возможность спрогнозировать уровень сбалансированности хозяйственной деятельности в регионе с ассимиляционным потенциалом природной среды территории, и возможностью дальнейшего социального развития. Особенность представленной модели, заключается в том, что оценка изменения уровня сбалансированности осуществлялась с учетом возможного перехода к альтернативным источникам энергии. Установлено, что для достижения сбалансированности регионов Уральского федерального округа потребуется увеличение доли альтернативной энергетики в энергобалансе до 46% в среднем по округу. Общий индикатор сбалансированности будет отклоняться от единицы в зависимости от накопленных в регионе социальных проблем, его величина составит от 1,08 в Тюменской области, до 1,19 в Курганской области.

MODELING THE LEVEL OF BALANCE OF THE SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF THE REGION IN THE TRANSITION TO ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of a model for assessing the level of balance in the development of the socio-ecological and economic system of the region due to the increase in the share of alternative energy in the regional energy balance. The publication presents the author’s model based on the study of the degree of relations between the elements of the socio-ecological-economic «triad», which makes it possible to predict the level of balance of economic activity in the region with the assimilation potential of the natural environment of the territory, and the possibility of further social development. The peculiarity of the presented model is that the assessment of changes in the level of balance was carried out taking into account the possible transition to alternative energy sources. It is established that to achieve a high level of balance of the regions of the Ural Federal District, it will be necessary to increase the share of alternative energy in the energy balance to 46% on average in the district. The overall balance indicator will deviate from one, depending on the accumulated social problems in the region, and its value will range from 1.08 in the Tyumen Region to 1.19 in the Kurgan region. Целью исследования является определение направлений использования технологии радиочастотной идентификации (RFID) в качестве инструмента совершенствования системы управления и транспортной безопасности г. Челябинска. В результате исследования авторами предложена модель обеспечения пассажирских перевозок общественного транспорта в городе с использованием RFID-технологий, в которой выделены блоки управления транспортными потоками с использованием RFID-технологий, отмечены ресурсы и планируемый результат.

Abstract
The relevance of this study is associated with the need to use modern technologies in the management and security of the city’s transport system. The aim of the study is to determine the directions of using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology as a tool for improving the management system and transport security in Chelyabinsk. In this case, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to analyze the current state of the transport system in Chelyabinsk; to substantiate the possibility of using RFID technology in the transport system of Chelyabinsk as a way to improve transport security, on the basis of which to develop a model for the implementation of an RFID system in the transport system of the city.

В статье представлены результаты анализа существующих научных взглядов на феномен «фермерское хозяйство»; выявлена спецификация форм современного фермерства: «крестьянское хозяйство», «семейное фермерское хозяйство», «семейная фермерская компания». Раскрыта сущность оригинального применяемого концептуального подхода к исследованию функционирования фермерских хозяйств. Авторы статьи выделяют различные аспекты и условия деятельности крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств, учитывая специфику отечественного фермерства и возникающие сложности, и проблемы. Произведена идентификация фермерского хозяйства не только как эффективно действующей бизнес-единицы, но и как социально ответственной модели аграрного хозяйства.

EVOLUTION OF THE FARMING’ CONCEPT IN AGRARIAN ECONOMIC SCIENCE

Abstract
The objectives of the study, the results of which are presented in this article, are: 1) the analysis of existing scientific views on the phenomenon of «farming»; 2) the specification of such promising (independently conceptualized) forms of modern farming as «peasant farming», «family farming», «family farming company» (their conceptualization). The methodological novelty of the work is determined, firstly, by a scrupulous analysis of the developments available in economic science and the identification of their heuristic potential for modern research, and secondly, by the originality of the applied conceptual approach to the study of farms functioning, which is distinguished by (1) synthetic nature – it combines achievements, methodological doctrines, research tools of modern theories that have significant cognitive capabilities in the study of farming, (2) complexity – it covers various aspects and conditions of farmers activity, (3) maximum consideration of domestic farming specifics and, of course, emerging difficulties and problems.

Цель работы – определить условия и факторы обострения эколого-экономических угроз регионов, промышленность которых традиционно составляла индустриальный базис национальной экономики, с целью поиска альтернативных инструментов финансирования «новой индустриализации». Авторы предлагают по итогам своего исследования сделать финансовыми инструментами государственной поддержки «экоамортизационную премию» и «региональный природоохранный проект».

Abstract
The aim of the work is to determine the conditions and factors of aggravation of environmental and economic threats in the regions, whose industry has traditionally formed the industrial basis of the national economy, in order to find alternative financing tools for the «new industrialization». Based on the results of their research, the authors propose to make the «eco-amortization award» and the «regional environmental project» financial instruments of state support.

В статье сформулирована сущность понятия «инновационная стратегия». На примере известных инновационных компаний рассмотрен опыт разработки и применения инновационной стратегии. Определены условия успешности инновационной стратегии предприятия: определение миссии, целей и задач инновационной деятельности предприятия; разбивка процесса на этапы и определение ожидаемых результатов; применение гибких моделей инновационного процесса; разработка показателей объективной оценки результатов инновационной деятельности; содействие развитию инновационной культуры; поддержка обратной связи с клиентами.

Abstract
The article formulates the essence of «annovation strategy» concept. The experience of developing and applying an innovative strategy is considered basing on the example of well-known innovative companies. The conditions for the success of the enterprise’s innovation strategy have been determined: definition of the mission, goals, and objectives of the enterprise’s innovation activity; breakdown of the process into stages and definition of expected results; the use of flexible models of the innovation process; development of indicators for an objective assessment of the results of innovative activities; promoting the development of an innovative culture; customer feedback support.

В статье рассмотрена методика формирования умений экономического обоснования организации и проведения спортивно-массовых мероприятий студентами вуза спортивного профиля. Проведено анкетирование студентов двух вузов и на основании полученных результатов проводился разбор экономического обоснования в проведении спортивного мероприятия.
